Bhai Sahib with Bhai Rama Singh, during various Parchaar trips
In Bhai Rama Singh's book "In Search of the True Guru - Roop Gobind Ka, Raaj Khalsa Ka, Sikha Sonay Ka" (2001). Bhai Rama Singh writes about Chaldha Vaheer(The Moving Group), see pages 126 - 129. In this book Bhai Rama Singh recalls his account of when he accompanied Bhai Rajinder Singh for the first world tour in December 1986.Bhai Subeg Singh who lived in Sydney (Australia) had written to Bhai Rajinder Singh requesting that kirtain and Amrit Sanchaar parchaar was needed in Australia. Bhai Rajinder Singh who was the Akhand Kirtani Jatha's UK Jathedaar at that time spoke and met with other gursikhs in the UK about this request. From this request a small jatha was formed to travel to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Singapore. The members of this jatha included: Bhai Hardial Singh, Bhai Swaran Singh Malhi, Bhai Prithipal SIngh, Bhai Rama SIngh, Bhai Gurbachan Singh (Norway), Bhai Pakhar SIngh, Bhai Gurdip SIngh and Bibi Manjeet Kaur (Goray Singhni from Holland).

In December 1986, the first jatha travelled to New Zealand, this was the first time an Amrit Sanchar in Auckland, NZ. Many Sikhs took Amrit during that time.
